Simply add your loose leaf tea to the pot, pour in your hot water, leave to brew, then when ready you place the Gravity Steeper on top of your mug and watch the tea magically filter through the bottom when your cup is nearly full simply lift the Gravity Steeper and the water stops. Once you've finished brewing throw the loose leaf tea away and with a quick rinse the Gravity Steeper is ready to use again. Brew, drink, rinse repeat.
 
It's also a great way to add more flavour depth to every brew, giving your tea leaves enough room to open up and really extract the full flavour!
